The Role We are looking for Regional Manager for NSW to lead a team of specialists for a premier international agriculture insurer.

You’ll take full ownership of regional growth, retention, and the professional development of your team, ensuring they deliver the high-standard service our clients expect.

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of managing, recruiting, and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Insurance Expertise: Deep knowledge of the insurance industry is essential (Farm insurance experience is highly regarded).

  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to execute sales campaigns and manage key alliance partnerships.
